Job summary

Workstream is seeking a Manager in Gaithersburg, MD, to lead dining room operations and ensure outstanding guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the Casual Restaurant industry, possess strong leadership skills, and be available to work evenings and weekends. What You’ll Bring (Requirements)

• Proficiency in POS systems.
• Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements are required.
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
