FRICKER'S USA, LLC is seeking a results‑driven restaurant manager to lead the team, elevate guest experiences, and drive profitability in Findlay, Ohio.

You will recruit, train, schedule, coach staff, and enforce safety and service standards while delivering consistent, friendly service and strong performance results.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two years of recent restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast‑casual atmosphere.
• Steady, stable employment track record with at least 2 professional references.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive, friendly demeanor with a customer/guest service focus.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Job Duties
