• Strong team-building and coaching skills.

• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor food preparation to ensure adherence to recipes, portioning, and food safety protocols.
• Oversee restaurant operations during shifts, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and compliance with sanitation standards.
• Conduct line checks and oversee production to ensure seamless execution.
• Develop and train restaurant staff to build a strong talent pipeline and foster career growth.
• Manage financial aspects of kitchen operations to meet business goals.
• Ensure all restaurant documentation, recipe books, and training materials are up to date.
• Maintain kitchen equipment, furniture, and fixtures to keep everything in top working order.
