Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee both Front of House and Back of House operations. You will be responsible for ensuring Legendary Food and Legendary Service at all times while leading a team of hourly staff.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, interviewing and hiring, driving guest satisfaction, and controlling costs. A strong emphasis is placed on safety, training, and creating a positive, energetic work environment.

• Review applications, interview, and hire or recommend hires for hourly staff.
• Set hours, weekly schedules, and assign tasks; manage shifts during restaurant hours.
• Drive sales, service steps, and guest satisfaction.
• Provide and schedule Front of House and Back of House training.
• Supervise production and preparation of food per recipes and procedures.
• Enforce safety and security measures for staff and guests.
• Monitor food, supplies, and liquor costs via weekly inventory.
• Ensure safe food handling procedures are followed.
• Maintain a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with company values and goals.

Texas Roadhouse is looking for a Restaurant Manager to oversee both Front of House and Back of House operations and be responsible for making sure that Legendary Food and Legendary Service are adhered to at all times.

As a Restaurant Manager, your responsibilities would include:

• Manage hourly employees, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching and discipline
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or making recommendation to hire hourly employees
• Directing work for employees including setting hours and weekly schedules and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours of the restaurant
• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• Providing, directing, and scheduling Front of House and Back of House training
• Supervise and oversee the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures
• Enforcing appropriate security measures at the restaurant so that the safety of our employees and guests are maintained at all times
• Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs by conducting weekly inventory
• Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures
• Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment for the staff in a manner consistent with our core values and operational goals
