We are seeking an energetic and hands-on Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our two restaurants. The role involves creating a welcoming environment, maintaining high standards of food quality and service, and leading a team committed to operational excellence.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high standards.
2. Monitor food quality and service levels.
3. Hire, train, and develop staff.
4. Manage staffing schedules and forecast needs.
5. Track payroll and revenue daily.
6. Coach staff and hold regular meetings.
7. Maintain restaurant cleanliness and ambiance.
8. Monitor inventory and assist with end-of-month stock counts.
9. Participate in departmental meetings and coordinate with other managers.
10. Ensure profitability through effective forecasting and staffing.
11. Communicate with relevant departments about events, promotions, and new offerings.
12. Handle guest complaints professionally.
13. Create a pleasant environment for staff and guests.

Qualifications
