Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing restaurant operations and staff to maintain high standards and efficiency.
• Monitoring food quality and service levels.
• Hiring, training, and developing staff.
• Forecasting and scheduling staff based on occupancy.
• Tracking payroll and revenue daily.
• Coaching staff and conducting monthly meetings.
• Ensuring cleanliness and atmosphere of the restaurant.
• Managing inventories and assisting with end-of-month inventories.
• Participating in departmental meetings and reviews.
• Maintaining profitability through forecasting and staffing.
• Communicating with management about events, promotions, and new products.
• Handling guest complaints professionally.

• Performing any other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:
