Job summary

Shake Shack in Englewood, CO is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold Shack standards.

You will train team members, coach staff, and drive excellence in hospitality while developing local brand initiatives and ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety regulations. This role offers growth opportunities within a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
• Must exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level.
• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations.
• Food handler certification, preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Pay Range - $53,227.20 - $65,603.20
