Responsibilities

• Manage hourly staff, including performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Review applications, conduct interviews, and participate in hiring decisions.
• Coordinate work schedules, assign tasks, and manage restaurant operations during open hours.
• Drive sales, enhance steps of service, and improve guest satisfaction.
• Provide and oversee training for Front of House and Back of House staff.
• Supervise food production and preparation, ensuring adherence to recipes and procedures.
• Conduct formal Taste & Temps testing.
• Implement security measures to ensure safety of employees and guests.
• Manage inventory, including food, supplies, and liquor costs.
• Ensure safe food handling practices are followed.
• Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with our core values.
