Dave & Buster's Inc. is seeking an Restaurant & Operations Manager to provide leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and guest experience.

The role requires developing hourly team members, proactive leadership, and collaboration with the management team to achieve high-quality, timely results in a busy, entertaining venue.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience
• Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
• True leadership capabilities
• Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
• Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions

The RESTAURANT & OPERATIONS MANAGER : provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.

Requirements:

• 21+ years of age
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience
