Who We Are…

Oren’s Hummus is a local restaurant group with locations in Palo Alto, Mountain View, Cupertino, Los Gatos, and San Francisco. We are always looking for talented Leaders to join our teams at all locations.

We are a destination for authentic Israeli-style Middle Eastern cuisine made from scratch with many ingredients imported from Israel (where our Founder is from) and the region. Our food is delicious, healthy, and fresh served in a classy yet casual atmosphere.

We take pride in caring for our Team and our Guests by providing an excellent experience for both. We do this by having a values-driven culture where our Managers (we call them Leaders) are the Head Coaches of our teams. These values influence how we lead and guide us in decision-making about everything from the food we serve to the impact on our people.

The primary mission of our Leaders is to coach and develop their team to build a thriving business by bringing these values to life in our restaurants. Doing this creates connections with our Team Members, Guests, and the communities we work and live in.

Our 4 Core Values…

  • Team: coming together to achieve a common goal or mission – collaboration creates camaraderie.
  • Integrity: honoring your word by doing what you say you will do, when you said you would do it. Building trust with others, following guidelines, and being in alignment with our values.
  • Caring: creating a welcoming environment, being supportive, authentic, helpful, and kind.
  • Growth: improving skills, knowledge, and personal qualities (and professional qualities) through self-awareness, being curious, and having a growth mindset.

What You Get…

  • Continuous coaching and development. We pride ourselves on providing opportunities for our Leaders' personal growth and professional development.
  • Competitive Pay with an achievable Bonus Program (see below for pay scale).

  • Team Appreciation Events.
  • Closed on Yom Kippur, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
  • Close early on the 1st day of Passover, Fourth of July, 1st day of Yom Kippur, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve.

Who Are You…

  • Hospitality Lover: caring for people and making them happy is important to you.
  • Coachable: you are open to learning and receiving feedback. You have a growth mindset.
  • Leads by example enhancing and maintaining our culture by bringing our Core Values to life.
