Job summary

Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar in the United States is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to work with the General Manager and the team to ensure guests leave happy with their food and experience.

You will manage front of house/service teams and collaborate with the RM team and other managers to solve issues quickly while maintaining service standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Restaurant Manager Experience
• A passion for service
• A commitment to serving great food to our guests
• At least 21 years of age upon date of hire

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager and other Restaurant Managers to ensure guests are satisfied with food and experience.
• Manage restaurant front of house / service teams along with assistant manager roles and duties as part of the RM team.
