Job summary

Applebee's is seeking a Restaurant Manager to work with the General Manager and team to ensure guests leave happy with their food and experience. You will help solve issues quickly and manage front-of-house operations as part of the restaurant management team.

The role emphasizes leadership, guest service, and efficient restaurant operation in a fast-paced environment. Benefits are provided as part of the franchisee employment agreement.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Restaurant Manager experience.
• A passion for service.
• A commitment to serving great food to our guests.
• At least 21 years of age upon date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager and team to ensure guests leave happy with food and experience.
• Think quickly to solve issues that arise in the restaurant.
• Manage restaurant front of house / service teams and assist the AM team as part of the RM role.
