Job summary

Cracker Barrel in the United States is seeking a Restaurant Manager who will lead both front- and back-of-house operations, shaping guest experiences and guiding a team with country hospitality.

With 2-5+ years of restaurant management experience, you will coach staff, manage inventory, and ensure schedules meet demands, including holidays and weekends. A valid driver’s license is required to support shuttle and mobility needs.

As a Cracker Barrel Restaurant Manager, you’re not just running a restaurant, you’re a leader who focuses on the people and the place. You’ll oversee both front-and back-of-house operations, ensuring our guest and team members know that we are committed to Always Serving Up More Than a Meal. With your leadership, you’ll coach and develop your team, manage inventory, and deliver on the kind of guest experience we’re known for. Backed by the right tools and training, you’ll set the example and inspire your team to share the goodness of country hospitality.
