Job summary

Cracker Barrel in Columbia, SC seeks a Restaurant Manager who leads front- and back-of-house operations and focuses on people and place. You’ll coach and develop your team, manage inventory, and ensure every guest experiences warm, country hospitality that goes beyond a meal.

You’ll work about 50 hours per week, including holidays and weekends, and you’ll model care, balance operations with a people-first approach, and help the store run smoothly with strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of successful restaurant management experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work 50 hours a week (five 10‑hour shifts), including holidays and weekends.
