Responsibilities
- Ensure excellence in guest satisfaction through a "Do Whatever It Takes" attitude and a hands-on, lead-by-example management style
- Utilize leadership skills and motivate employees to ensure cost control and labor management
- Inspect establishment and observe workers and guests to ensure compliance with occupational, health, safety standards, and liquor regulations
- Ensure paperwork accuracy such as daily sales summaries, petty cash reimbursement forms, and payroll records
Qualifications
- At least 2+ years of upscale/fine dining restaurant management experience
- Extensive front-of-house knowledge; advanced knowledge of financial aspects
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Stable and progressive work history with a strong work ethic
