Job summary

Urban taste restaurant is seeking a restaurant manager to oversee daily operations on-site. The role includes budgeting, staff supervision, and ensuring health and safety standards while maintaining customer service excellence.

We require College/CEGEP graduation and 2–3 years of experience. This full-time, permanent position offers 30–35 hours per week and pays CAD 25.00 per hour.

• Plan and organize daily operations.

• Train staff.
• Conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• Address customers' complaints or concerns.
