Umami Riot in Boston is seeking a Restaurant Manager who thrives on the floor, loves the energy of service, and believes hospitality is created, not just provided. You’ll coach people, solve problems in real time, and create memorable guest experiences.
You’ll lead from the floor, own the guest journey from arrival to departure, and partner with the GM to keep operations running smoothly with top standards for service and culture.
Description
Umami Riot was born from a simple idea: pair joyful hospitality with uncompromising craftsmanship. Founded by Chef Tim Cushman and sake expert Nancy Cushman, our restaurants celebrate bold flavor, precision, and a deep respect for Japanese foodways – translated through a distinctly Boston lens. At Umami Riot, we’re not here to follow the rules of hospitality, we’re here to rewrite them – with heart, craft and fearless creativity.
