Job summary

Gogi Kitchen is seeking a restaurant manager to lead on-site operations in Calgary. You will analyze budgets, develop costed plans for food, alcohol and supplies, and monitor revenues to control labour costs. Plan and recruit staff, set schedules, supervise, and train a team of 5-10 while ensuring safety compliance and efficient service.

You’ll handle customer inquiries, support marketing initiatives, and work with Excel and cash-register systems to optimize daily performance.
