  • Health insurance support: Company pays 50% of the employee’s health insurance premium.
  • Paid vacation: Seven scheduled workdays after your first anniversary and 14 after your second.
  • Shift meals and weekly off-duty dining credit.
  • Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day off: Our restaurants are closed both days.
  • Salary evaluation after 180 days, followed by annual evaluations, with opportunities for performance-based increases.
  • A structured management training program and continued leadership development.

Monthly bonus eligibility begins after the 90-day probationary period and is subject to program requirements and performance.

Training with Confidence

  • Clear communication, accountability, and follow‑through.

We want you to understand how to perform the work, recognize the standard, and teach others to succeed.

  • Complete accurate cash handling, reporting, opening, and closing procedures.
  • Communicate operational concerns clearly and take ownership of the next step.
