Job summary

LongHorn Steakhouse in Barboursville, WV is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead and inspire the service and culinary teams. Pay will be variable by location and benefits are offered as part of the complete compensation package.

The role focuses on delivering an outstanding guest experience with a positive, team-oriented culture. You will drive performance, develop talent, and ensure flawless execution of daily operations across the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop teams and inspire a performance driven culture.
• Knowledge of systems, methods and processes that contribute to great execution.
• Stable working history showing upward career progress.
• Current salaried management experience is preferred.
