LongHorn Steakhouse in Dalton, GA seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead and inspire the service and culinary teams, delivering an unparalleled steakhouse experience for every guest, every time.

You will set expectations, keep lines of communication open, and recognize and reward team members while driving a performance-driven culture across the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop teams and inspire a performance driven culture.
• Knowledge of systems, methods and processes that contribute to great execution.
• Stable working history which demonstrates upward career progress.
• Current, salaried management experience is preferred.

• Lead your LongHorn Team by mentoring and inspiring service and culinary teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Set clear expectations and maintain open communication across the restaurant.
