Job summary

la Madeleine in Arlington, TX is seeking a General Manager with fast-casual hospitality experience to lead daily operations and coach a diverse team. You’ll cultivate a welcoming environment and ensure safety and service standards.

You’ll drive sales, manage labor and food costs, recruit and schedule staff, and support the GM. This role offers growth within a growing brand, competitive pay with quarterly bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of restaurant General Manager experience (fast-casual preferred).
