la Madeleine is hiring an hourly Café Manager in the United States to lead a team and deliver guest experiences that reflect our French-inspired hospitality. Our cafés close by 9:00 PM and work weeks average around 40 hours, with competitive pay and quarterly bonuses.
You will coach, train, recruit, schedule, and develop team members, while managing daily operations, ensuring food safety, driving sales, and supporting the General Manager for future leadership opportunities.
