Job summary

Hotel Fera in Orange County seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead its Food & Beverage outlet. You will coordinate staff, ensure exceptional guest service, and maintain high standards of food quality and cleanliness across the operation.

Responsibilities include hiring and training, driving cost-saving measures, and collaborating with other departments to deliver seamless service. A background in F&B management and relevant certifications are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or its equivalent.
• 3+ years in food & beverage, culinary, event management or related field.
• Alcohol Beverage Server Certification required.
• Food Handlers Certification required.
• OSHA certification or knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Basic math skills for financial reporting.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by setting a positive example and addressing guest requests promptly.
• Foster strong working relationships within Food & Beverage and other hotel departments.

Join our Food & Beverage-Outlets TEAM in this pivotal role, where you'll deliver outstanding services and ensure seamless operation of our Outlet services. As a Restaurant Manager, you will coordinate and inspire our outlet staff to deliver exceptional products and outstanding service to our restaurant customers.

Essential Job Functions:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by setting a positive example, promptly addressing guest requests, concerns, and complaints to ensure overall satisfaction
• Foster strong working relationships within Food & Beverage and other hotel departments
• Move throughout facility and kitchen areas to visually monitor and take action to ensure food quality and service standards are met
• Evaluate cost effectiveness of all aspects of operation. Develop and implement cost saving and profit enhancing measures
• Interview, hire and train in the procedures and techniques of Food & Beverage for the efficient operation of the outlet
• Ensure proper cleanliness, use, repair of all F&B equipment and closet/storage areas

Compensation $75,000-$80,000/Annual

Physical Demands:

• Grasp, lift, carry or transport up to 40 pounds and to operate various food and beverage equipment
• Work most of the shift standing and moving about in the restaurants and kitchen areas
