Job summary

Armor Coffee Co. is hiring a full-time, salaried Restaurant Manager for our Allen café. You’ll run the floor day to day: lead the shift, build the team and make sure every guest leaves glad they walked in.

The role involves running shifts, hiring and training staff, maintaining quality drinks and plates, ensuring cleanliness and safety, and coordinating with leadership to achieve goals while preserving our culture. A strong emphasis on guest experience and team growth is highlighted.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or managing a team in a café, coffee shop, restaurant or retail setting.
• Experience delivering high-quality food and beverages.
• Proven track record of hiring and training staff to improve performance.
• Strong communication with guests, team and leadership.
• Comfort with POS, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Run shifts from open to close, managing coverage, flow and service.
• Hire, train and develop a team people want to be part of.
• Ensure every drink and plate meets the standard, every time.
• Keep the store clean, safe and stocked, including inventory, ordering and food safety.
• Schedule and manage labor efficiently.
• Handle cash, operate POS and manage daily admin tasks.
• Collaborate with leadership to hit goals and uphold the brand culture.

The Role

We’re hiring a full-time, salaried Restaurant Manager for our Allen café. You’ll run the floor day to day: lead the shift, build the team and make sure every guest leaves glad they walked in.

What you’ll own:

• Running shifts from open to close, including coverage, flow and service
• Hiring, training and developing a team people want to be part of
• Making sure every drink and plate meets the standard, every time
• Keeping the store clean, safe and stocked, including inventory, ordering and food safety
• Scheduling and labor management
• Cash handling, POS and daily admin
• Working with leadership to hit goals and carry the culture

What You Bring

• Supervisory or management experience in a café, coffee shop, restaurant or retail setting
• Food and beverage experience (coffee is a plus)
• A track record of hiring and training people who got better working for you
• Clear, steady communication with guests, the team and leadership
• Comfort with POS, cash handling and inventory
• A flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
