Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, Service Assistants, and Heart of House personnel.
• Partner with the General Manager to maintain the restaurant at the top of its game.
• Focus on guest‑related metrics and guest engagement to create legendary experiences.

Qualifications

• Preferred: 3years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
