Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Lewisville, TX is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the Heart-of-House (HOH) operations, ensuring high quality food production and guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You will supervise HOH team members, enforce labor laws and food safety, and drive training and performance to support restaurant goals and growth within our brand.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Heart-of-House (HOH) operations as Kitchen Manager.
• Provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members.
• Champion training and developing the team to deliver guest experiences.
