Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Hermitage, PA is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the Heart-of-House operations, ensuring quality, safety, and performance across the kitchen.

You will supervise HOH team members, manage daily prep, line cooks, and equipment, and drive training, labor compliance, and guest satisfaction. The role offers growth, a supportive team, and opportunities within a fast-paced restaurant network.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management is preferred.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, and responsible alcohol service.
• Strong coaching and development skills for teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Heart-of-House operations and HOH team members.
• Provide direction and supervision to HOH staff to ensure quality and safety.
• Drive training and continuous improvement across the kitchen.

YOU GOT THIS

• Preferably, you have 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You have a passion for training and developing your team.
