Qualifications

• First line supervisory or management experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent required to apply.
• Ability to work a 45-50 hour week including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Outgoing personality with ability to work with diverse teams.
• Excellent written, verbal, math, and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise restaurant team during shifts.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues tactfully.
• Maintain fast-paced service with a collaborative team.
• Support scheduling and daily operations for high-volume service.
