• First-line supervisory or management experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to work 45–50 hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
• Basic computer, leadership, and fast-paced environment skills.
• Outgoing, customer-focused personality with strong teamwork.
• Good written, verbal, math, and interpersonal skills; resolve guest issues tactfully.
