Job summary

McDonald’s Corporation operates a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The Maintenance Person assists in keeping the interior and exterior areas clean, maintains equipment, and supports the team with the goals of a well‑run, safe and welcoming dining environment.

The role includes performing standard maintenance tasks such as oil filtering, grounds upkeep, window cleaning, stock room and restroom cleaning, trash disposal, bulb changes, and HVAC/exhaust cleaning.

Qualifications

• Maintains interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness.
• Maintains restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
