Qualifications

• Maintenance experience helpful in a fast-paced restaurant
• Ability to perform cleaning and upkeep of equipment and facilities
• Willingness to follow safety policies and procedures

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily and maintain fryer area.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Maintain outside grounds and cleanliness of exterior areas.
• Unload delivery truck two times a week.
• Take out and empty trash and compactors.
• Change light bulbs and replace as needed.
• Clean HVAC/exhaust units and roof debris
