McDonald’s Restaurants Limited is hiring a Maintenance Person to support daily cleanliness and equipment upkeep at a franchisee-owned restaurant in Georgia. This role focuses on keeping the dining and back-of-house areas clean, safe, and well-maintained while following company standards.

You will perform routine tasks like oil fryer filtration, grounds upkeep, and light maintenance, contributing to a positive guest experience and efficient restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Ability to clean and maintain interior and exterior areas.
• Knowledge of HVAC/Exhaust units preferred.
• Positive team player with reliability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, inside/outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck twice a week.
• Take out and empty trash/compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.
