Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a reliable Maintenance Crew Member to help keep our Perry, GA restaurant clean, safe, and running smoothly. This role supports a positive guest experience by maintaining interior and exterior areas and equipment.

The Maintenance Person assists management with cleaning, maintenance tasks, and adherence to safety procedures. Expect physical work, lifting up to 60 pounds, and twice-weekly deliveries and restocking.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks with attention to detail.
• Must follow safety, sanitation and company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks throughout the restaurant, including dining area, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior areas
• Ensure floors, windows, equipment, and surfaces are clean and well-maintained
• Assist with truck deliveries, unloading and storing supplies twice weekly
• Safely lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 60 pounds
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Remove garbage throughout the shift
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks (change lightbulbs, clean HVAC/Exhaust units, remove debris from roof)
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures
