You will support management with daily tasks, follow safety procedures, and participate in routine inspections. The position requires physical tasks, early start times, and a commitment to cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and remain productive throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and cleaning procedures (training provided).
• Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Daily Cleaning & Sanitation: maintain lobby, restrooms, kitchen; sweep, mop, scrub floors; clean and sanitize tables, chairs, fixtures; ensure supplies are stocked.
• Exterior Maintenance: keep parking lot, sidewalks, landscaping clean; remove trash; maintain outdoor signage.
• Equipment & Preventative Maintenance: routine cleaning and maintenance on equipment; service fryers and vats; access roof to clean HVAC filters.
• Safety & Compliance: follow food safety standards; use PPE; address leaks and wet floors; follow mopping procedures; report hazards.
• Operational Support: assist management during busy periods; complete logs and checklists; participate in safety inspections; maintain professional demeanor.
• Qualifications: meet age requirement; reliable attendance and punctuality; attention to detail; basic maintenance knowledge.
• Dependability & Attendance: arrive on time; maintain attendance; follow call-in procedures.
• Work Environment & Physical Demands: fast-paced; outdoor work; standing, lifting; work at heights; early start times.
