Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a Maintenance Person to support the restaurant’s cleanliness and upkeep, ensuring interior and exterior areas, equipment and facilities are well-maintained. You will work as part of the Maintenance Team to uphold standards and assist with routine tasks throughout shifts.

This role involves physical work in a fast-paced environment, including lifting, standing for long periods, and performing minor repairs as required.

Qualifications

• Maintenance tasks include cleaning, maintenance of restaurant equipment and facilities.
• Unloading delivery truck 2 times a week and general upkeep of interior/exterior areas.
• Ability to perform routine housekeeping duties and assist with basic repairs.

Responsibilities

• The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining clean interior and exterior restaurant areas.
• May include cleaning equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms, and changing light bulbs.
• Unload delivery trucks twice a week and manage trash/compactor as needed.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris removal.
