McDonald’s Corporation operates a franchise restaurant where the Maintenance Person plays a key role in keeping interior and exterior areas clean and the equipment in good working order. The role supports management and contributes to a safe, efficient dining environment.

Responsibilities include daily fryer oil filtration, grounds maintenance, cleaning of equipment and facilities, waste management, bulb changes, and HVAC/exhaust cleaning to ensure compliance with standards and guest

Qualifications

• The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
