Job summary

McDonald’s Restaurants Limited is seeking a Restaurant Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain restaurant equipment and facilities across assigned restaurants, ensuring safety, systems and process standards are met.

You will complete preventative maintenance work orders on time, support the Operations team, and help control repair costs in partnership with the Facilities Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance/facilities.
• Electrical and HVAC experience is helpful.
• EPA Certified.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communications skills (English required, Spanish helpful).
• Self-starter with time-management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain restaurant equipment and facilities.
• Ensure timely completion of preventative maintenance work orders.
• Provide ongoing equipment care to the operations team.
• Assist Facilities Manager with warranty tracking and cost control.
• Conduct projects requiring carpentry, electrical, plumbing and tile work as directed.
• Keep work areas and vehicles clean and organized.
