You’ll collaborate with management to keep interior and exterior areas spotless, ensure equipment runs smoothly, and assist with routine maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Maintains interior and exterior cleanliness and restaurant equipment.
• Follows safety and quality standards in maintenance tasks.
• Assists with routine maintenance activities as part of the maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload deliveries 2 times a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
