Job summary

McDonald’s franchisee-operated restaurant in Troutman, NC is seeking a Maintenance Person to help keep the interior and exterior clean and to maintain restaurant equipment. You will join the Maintenance Team to support a safe, welcoming dining environment.

Responsibilities include daily fryer oil filtering, grounds upkeep, cleaning equipment and restrooms, unloading deliveries, waste handling, changing light bulbs, and HVAC/Exhaust cleaning. Benefits accompany competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Maintenance skills to keep interior and exterior restaurant clean and equipment in good working order.
• Ability to perform daily tasks such as filter oil fryers, unload deliveries, and change light bulbs.
• Strong attention to safety, cleanliness, and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily
• Maintain outside grounds
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms, restrooms
• Unload deliveries 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris
