Colliers International is hiring a Restaurant Maintenance Technician to support Chick-fil-A restaurants through a best-in-class service network. You’ll perform preventative and reactive maintenance on kitchen equipment and building systems across a defined local market.
This role requires hands-on experience with commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC, refrigeration, and related systems, along with strong troubleshooting and independence.

The Restaurant Maintenance Technician provides both preventative and reactive maintenance support across a defined local market. This role ensures restaurant kitchen equipment and related building systems meet all performance standards through timely diagnostics, repair, and preventative service.
100% travel within a defined local market. Limited overnight travel mostly for onboarding and training.
Ability to work extended periods during emergency or priority situations (including overtime). Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds. Climb ladders and stairs up to two stories (with ladder safety training) (Note: Roof access ladders are provided, van loading/unloading of a large ladder is non typical). Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Extended periods of standing and walking on even and uneven surfaces. Frequent use of arms, wrists, and hands to operate tools and machinery. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Salary range $80,000-110,000 per year.
