• Maintenance-related responsibilities and ability to assist in keeping restaurant clean and equipment functional.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean and repair equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery trucks 2-3 times a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
