McDonald’s restaurant maintenance role focuses on interior and exterior cleanliness and reliable upkeep of equipment. The Maintenance Person supports management to sustain high standards of cleanliness and safe operations in a busy restaurant environment.

Responsibilities include daily fryer filtration, grounds maintenance, cleaning, stock rooms, unloading deliveries, trash management, and lighting and HVAC upkeep to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Assist in keeping interior and exterior areas clean and safe.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on restaurant equipment.
• Follow safety and health guidelines during maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds and stock rooms.
• Clean equipment, windows, and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck twice a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
