McDonald’s Maintenance position at a franchise-owned restaurant requires helping manage interior and exterior cleanliness and keeping equipment in good working order. You’ll work as part of the maintenance team, with training provided to ensure safety and efficiency.

The role involves daily fryer filtration, ground maintenance, and routine cleaning across areas like restrooms, stock rooms, and windows, plus occasional unloading of deliveries and trash removal.

Qualifications

• Maintenance and sanitation of interior and exterior restaurant areas.
• Ability to perform routine cleaning and basic repairs.
• Attention to safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery trucks twice a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.
