Qualifications

• Ability to keep the restaurant clean inside and out.
• Willingness to assist with deliveries and stock organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the restaurant.
• Filtering fryer oil and supporting kitchen equipment upkeep.
• Cleaning equipment, windows, storage areas, and restrooms.
• Keeping parking lot and outdoor areas clean and presentable.
• Assisting and receiving truck deliveries 3 times per week, and organizing stock rooms.
• Taking out trash and maintaining waste areas, including the compactor.
• Performing basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs.
• Supporting upkeep of HVAC, exhaust units, and rooftop areas.
