Job summary

McDonald's is seeking a Maintenance Person at our Rincon, GA restaurant. This role performs daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance on equipment, assists with cleaning, and supports truck orders to keep the operation running smoothly.

The position supports opening shifts, requires the ability to lift 50 pounds, and offers a range of benefits through the franchisee. Training and tools are provided to succeed in the role.

Qualifications

• Maintenance Person assists with interior/exterior restaurant cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Experience with cleaning and basic repairs is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside/outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor (if applicable)
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris
• Pressure-wash sidewalks, drive-thru pads, and building
• Assist with stock up for shifts
• Other duties as required
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
