You will perform daily tasks such as oil fryer filtering, grounds maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs to ensure safe and welcoming dining rooms. Training is provided and benefits include vacation, holidays, education assistance, and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Ability to clean and maintain equipment and facilities
• Comfort with physical tasks and routine upkeep

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily
• Maintain outside grounds
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
