Job summary

McDonald's Restaurants Limited in Fate, TX is seeking a Maintenance Person to help keep interior and exterior areas spotless and maintain restaurant equipment. You will join the Maintenance Team and receive the tools and training needed to succeed in a fast-paced franchise environment.

Key duties include daily oil fryer filtration, grounds maintenance, cleaning of equipment and facilities, unloading deliveries, trash management, bulb replacement, HVAC/Exhaust cleaning, and basic repairs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Archways to Opportunity education program including high school degree and college tuition assistance.
• Medical, dental and vision coverage after 12 consecutive months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
