Job summary

McDonald’s franchisee-owned restaurant in Washington state is hiring a Maintenance Person to support cleanliness and equipment maintenance. You will work as part of the maintenance team, following directions with minimal supervision and focusing on oil fryer upkeep, grounds, and general cleaning throughout the shift.

Typical duties include cleaning, restrooms, stock rooms, trash, and roof/HVAC maintenance, with benefits such as education programs and meal per shift.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with an eye for cleanliness opportunities.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience with cleaning and maintenance of restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Access the roof and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
