Responsibilities

• Assist management with preventative maintenance
• Filter oil fryers daily
• Maintain outside grounds
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck and organize freezer, fridge, stock rooms
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris
